Commercial Retail
Over the past decade, FCL has managed the construction of over 100,000 square feet of commercial retail space across Calgary and High River, acting as Construction Manager for both Hardrock Properties and Sage Creek Developments. FCL's construction management services consist of complete site development, including site grading, off-site utility connections, as well as landscaping and parking lot construction.
Upon building completion, FCL coordinated tenant turnovers for a wide range of franchises, including Tim Horton’s, 7-Eleven, Esso, Dairy Queen, and others.
